I became a licensed Massage Therapist in 2018 and I’m so excited to be opening my own practice in Capitol Hill, Denver. I’m passionate about creating relaxing and joyful experiences for others, and I see massage as a beautiful way to offer that care. I encourage everyone to set aside regular time just for themselves to rest, reset, and reconnect with their bodies. I’d love to welcome you into my practice and work together to uncover the root of your pain and help you feel more relaxed and at ease in your body over time. Outside of my work, I like to find balance through creativity and connection. I’m originally from St. George, Utah, and in my free time I love hiking, spending time with friends, getting massages, performing comedy, and designing and creating costumes.
